Policy Statement This policy compliments Hi Spec’s Health & Safety and Quality policies. We are dedicated to:

Meeting or exceeding existing environmental legislation and staying updated on new regulations. Setting and pursuing environmental objectives and targets.

Monitoring resource usage (electricity, water, gas, consumables, raw materials) and implementing measures to reduce consumption.

Reducing emissions and solid waste (special and municipal).

Motivating staff to reduce consumables in their personal environments (paper, ink, packaging materials, power, etc.).

Ensuring the responsible disposal of scrap circuits through certified specialist refineries and incinerators.

Designating employees with environmental responsibilities.

Reviewing this policy annually.

Setting and achieving annual targets through action plans.

Reporting review results and performance annually, both internally and externally.

Ensuring the environmental policy is implemented and maintained at all management levels.
